When I was in Chad, I withnessed that the immigartion system was poor for the fact that there is no control and system to apply the law. The border is not controled. People from the neighboring countries could get in and out with no problem. They can remain as long that they wish. They can find job with no permission from immigration. They can get access to healthcare and education with no problem. There is not clear outline for the Chadian immigration law.
For the past years, Chad has explored its oil. The country oil’s production is ranked number 10 in Africa. Nowadays, many people were attracted by the Chadian wealth.
